Building upon the popularity of his silky white sauce chicken rice and emphasis on quality service, he rallied his family members to establish Boon Tong Kee’s first restaurant and eventually diversified its operations to include “Zi Char” (home-style cooked food) and eateries. Credited to Mr.Hua’s hard wor, Boon Tong Kee, a family-oriented casual restaurant where authentic Singaporean-Chinese dishes are cooked from the best quality ingredients and delicacy, has now become a must-visit destination in Singapore
