What’s included in a cleaning service?

Bedroom, Living Room & Common Areas

• Removing dust and sweeping floor
• Glass cleaning (Indoor area) (Height limit at 2.4 m.)
• Bedding tidy/setup
• Cleaning on movable furniture (ex. tables/chairs)
• Wardrobe/shelf cleaning
• Tidy things up

• Any other specific area may require additional service hours depend on consideration by client and a provider.

• Cleaning in high areas where provider needs to climb chair or ladder.
• Moving furniture

• Reserving 1 booking per 1 Beneat homemaker is a service that based on the number of hours spent on the service.
• If customer wishes to increase the number of service hours. The service fee is 278.20 baht per hour. (Bangkok and Vicinity)
• The Beneat housemaker will prepare the equipment and household cleaners.The service is general cleaning which is not a big cleaning service.
• In case “Beneat homemaker” traveled to the destination according to the scheduled appointment time, but were unable to provide the service due to the customer has made an another appointment, or any reason that customer won’t allow homemaker to access in. ** In this section, refund or cancel the service is not possible in any case.
• Property damage insurance coverage up to 100,000 Baht : Every booking on BeNeat is protected by our property damage insurance coverage up to 100,000 Baht.
